- 8 wooden or metal skewers
- 2 pounds ground beef
- Kosher Salt
- Cracked black pepper
- 16 cherry or small vine ripened tomatoes
- 2 medium red onions
- 16 bread and butter pickle slices
- 4 slices cheese (I used American)
