1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil, plus additional for garnish
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of kosher salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
1 box (4.7 ounces) Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil Pearled Couscous
