Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill serves as a tribute to the entrepreneurial spirit and the courage of Harry Rosenofsky, who is the paternal grandfather of Harris Rosen. Casual ambiance and tropical flavors are what you will find on the menu at Harry’s. During the grand opening, we were lucky enough to sample some fabulous food and drink.
There was a selection of beautiful finger food being passed, including pearled couscous salad and Ahi tuna with avocado. And of course – a champagne toast to celebrate the occasion!
Skewers of watermelon and goat cheese balls were beautifully presented with clothespin stands. We were also lucky enough to sample one of Harry’s Poolside Cocktails – a Zested Mojito with Bacardi Limon rum, fresh muddled mint, and lime.
Of course, there was plenty of fabulous seafood to be had at Harry’s, including fresh crab claws and shrimp. We were also treated to crab cake sandwiches, topped with a tomato and mango chutney.
Don’t forget dessert! Harry’s served up a plethora of sweet treats: chocolate cinnamon bread pudding, guava flan, chocolates, macarons, and more!
All in all, this ribbon cutting ceremony served up amazing food, fabulous atmosphere, and as always, the top notch quality and service we adore when it comes to everything “Rosen!” Make sure you check out Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill’s amazing menu.
