Weekday Supper Menu for the week of December 22-26
We are fully immersed in the holidays at this point, and creating easy and delicious Weekday Suppers amidst the busy (but fun!) schedules is absolutely essential. Our tastemakers are bringing five fantastic dishes this week that can be prepared in about 30 minutes or less, leaving you plenty of time to spend with family and friends during this special time of the year! We hope you will join us around the family table this week and share some of your favorites as well!
Here is a preview of this week’s menu:
Veggie Pot Pie Hand Pies from Feed Me, Seymour
When it comes to pot pie, I can never get enough and love to try out different variations. This hand pie version is a savory pop-tart of sorts. Feel free to add chicken if you choose but I promise, you won’t miss the meat here.
Shrimp Scampi with Linguine from Rants From My Crazy Kitchen
Shrimp, a few cloves of garlic, a little onion, good quality butter, and white wine turn simple cocktail shrimp into a savory dinner everyone will enjoy! Serve with whole grain linguine and crusty bread for a complete meal in less than 30 minutes.
White Wine Garlic Mussels from Noshing With The Nolands
These delicious and very easy mussels are a great recipe to have on Christmas Eve. Grab them fresh and serve them up in a big pot. Bring extra bread for dipping!
Hot Brown Pasta Bake from A Kitchen Hoor’s Adventures
The tasty flavors of a favorite leftover turkey dish, Hot Browns, are turned it into a delicious pasta casserole. Think mac ‘n cheese with turkey, bacon, and tomatoes. It will be your new favorite leftovers recipe!
Kielbasa Roll Ups from Cindy’s Recipes and Writings
Kielbasa Roll Ups take sweet, smoked kielbasa covered in cheddar cheese and wrap it in a crescent roll blanket. All warm and snuggly!
