Marion Myers, Event Campaign Director
Marion is the founder of Life Tastes Good and also wife to the luckiest man in the world <wink>, and mom to an amazingly talented and all around wonderful daughter.
After devoting 18 years to raising her daughter, she found herself with a very empty nest when her daughter left for college out of state. So what’s a mom to do when her only baby leaves to start building an amazing life? Cook and bake like it’s her job apparently! Marion took to the kitchen and found a passion for creating flavorful meals using fresh ingredients. After sharing her recipes on her personal Facebook page, a friend suggested she start a blog. Thus Life Tastes Good was born.
Life Tastes Good is Marion’s 2nd baby and full-time job! Her husband of over 26 years is the official taste tester and such a good sport! He will eat most anything, but also has a discerning palate and isn’t afraid to tell her like it is.
Marion admits, when she started Life Tastes Good in 2012 it was all about her, but it has grown into so much more. She hopes to inspire you to get in the kitchen and cook with fresh ingredients to experience great new flavors while saving time and money too! Once you make cooking a habit, you’ll be amazed at how easy it is and you might even like it!

Renee Pajestka, Campaign Manager
Renee is the creative force behind Renee’s Kitchen Adventures, a blog featuring mostly healthy, family friendly recipes made in her own kitchen. She is the wife of a loving, hard-working man (whom she met in High School) and a mom to three successful young adult children.
Renee worked in a local hospital as a registered nurse for several years before putting her career on hold to raise her three children. She has always had a passion for cooking and baking and, now that her kids are grown, finds herself in the kitchen more than ever creating delicious recipes to share on her blog. A nurturer by nature, Renee has found that cooking and baking for others is one of the best ways to say, “I love you and I care about you!”
Although Renee’s Kitchen Adventures began as a way to catalog her recipes for herself, it has grown over the years into a way to share what she creates with others. Her 24 year old daughter, who lives out-of-state, often accesses it for recipe ideas. It’s like giving her a virtual kitchen hug from across the miles!
Renee was born and raised in the great Midwestern state of Ohio, the state she still calls home today with her husband, her two boys, her dog, her cat, a box turtle and a chinchilla.
