Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
juice and zest from one lemon
1 clove of garlic, crushed or very finely minced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons of your favorite fresh herbs, minced (rosemary, parsley, thyme, sage, etc., whatever you have on hand)
1 to 1-1/2 pounds thinly sliced (horizontally) chicken breasts, or chicken breasts pounded thin
