Eating light – and well – doesn’t always mean complete deprivation. For me, I need to still have my favorites to be satisfied and not feel the need to binge. These turkey reubens are lighter than the average reuben but every bit as tasty and satisfying.
- 4 slices rye bread
- 3 tablespoons fat free Thousand Island dressing
- ½ cup sauerkraut
- 4 ounces smoked turkey lunch meat
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
