Last Minute Holiday Recipes #SundaySupper

With Christmas just five days away, you need some quick and easy holiday recipes. We’re guessing that you’ve got some other things on your to-do list besides cooking. Like wrapping presents. Oh, and maybe buying them, too.

December is such a hectic time that we often lose sight of the reason for the season. We are rushing around so much that making time for family becomes difficult. Today, the Sunday Supper tastemakers are easing your burden with recipes perfect for our last-minute ways of life. Cynthia at Feeding Big comes to the rescue of a busy shopping and wrapping night with Easy Chicken Fried Rice. This is a fine way to feed everyone before you head out for the evening. And if you forgot you promised to bring something to the office holiday brunch, say thanks for Cranberry Gingerbread Muffins from Alida at Alida’s Kitchen.

We will gather around the table at 7 p.m. ET tonight for our weekly Twitter chat. Co-hosting the chat will be Wendy Hammond of Wholistic Woman and T.R. Crumbley of Gluten Free Crumbley. Until then, check out the week’s recipes.
