Sesame Salad with Edamame
2 cups lettuce (suggested: butter lettuce)
1/2 cup edamame, unshelled
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons sesame vinaigrette
1 tablespoons sesame seeds
fresh cracked pepper
