Warm Shrimp and Avocado Salad
1 pound large shrimp
2 cups white wine – I used Gallo Family White Wine Blend
1 teaspoon green onions
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon white truffle oil
1 avocado peeled and thin sliced
4 cups mesclun greens
1 roasted red pepper
1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
