This delicious Buffalo Chicken Alfredo combines buffalo chicken, fettuccine noodles, and a wonderful alfredo sauce made with Perdue Signature Chicken Stock and Parmesan cheese into a quick and easy weekday supper. The best part is, the entire meal is made in one pot!
Buffalo Chicken Alfredo
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 tablespoons buffalo sauce, divided
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups Perdue Signature Chicken Broth
1 cup milk
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 cup parsley, chopped and divided
