Would you like to spend this weekend with some of the nation’s best chefs, learning how to prepare perfect roasting recipes for memorable holiday meals? And do it without even leaving your home thanks to social media?
Certified Angus Beef® brand is hosting 20 Sunday Supper bloggers at its culinary center in Wooster, Ohio, for a full weekend of beef-cooking classes and seminars taught by their top chefs. We invite you to follow along on social media. Pick a platform, and we’ll likely be on it. Live, of course.
Follow hashtags #SundaySupper and #RoastPerfect on Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Periscope starting Saturday morning and continuing through Sunday evening. You’ll find us talking about roasting techniques, making sauces, using spice blends and learning how to prepare perfect holidays roasts. The weekend will culminate at 7 p.m. ET Sunday in our weekly Twitter chat. For the first time, a group of Sunday Supper tastemakers will be in the same place for the chat.
Everyone participating in the live chat will have a chance to win a Le Creuset roasting pan set and a 6-pound boneless prime rib roast in a special Sunday Supper event. For details on the giveaway and how to enter, go to Sunday Supper Movement.
Certified Angus Beef® brand has developed #RoastPerfect, a handy app that serves as a guide for selecting cuts, roasting and serving. Need more recipes and inspiration? Find them at Certified Angus Beef® brand Roast Perfect Pinterest Board.
