Air Fryer Asparagus Fries with Lemon Aioli Dip are going to be your new obsession. These asparagus fries are out-of-this-world delicious and so easy to make!

Rinse 1 lb. asparagus in cold water and pat dry. Add 1 cup all-purpose flour to a large dish. Combine 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp paprika in a platter. Add 2 beaten eggs to a large bowl.
Dip asparagus in eggs.
Roll in the flour, then dip in the eggs again.
Coat asparagus in breadcrumbs.
Transfer breaded asparagus to the tray of your air fryer in an even layer.
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 7 minutes.
Lemon Aioli Dip - Throughly mix together 1 cup mayo, 1/2 tsp. lemon zest, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
