Cut chicken into pieces and add to a bowl with milk and pickle juice. Mix well, then cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Once chicken is done marinating, whisk 2 eggs and add to the bowl with the chicken. Mix well.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. In a zip-lock bag, combine flour, powdered sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Shake well.

Spoon chicken into the zip-lock bag. Shake well until chicken is fully coated. Using a separate, dry spoon, remove coated chicken and place to the side.

Spray air fryer tray with oil and place chicken inside. Spray the chicken with oil after placing.

Air fry for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and crispy on the outside.
