In a small bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce and the olive oil, and set it aside. This simple sauce packs a punch!

In a separate bowl, combine all the dry seasonings, then mix them well and set them aside.

Rub roast with the olive oil mixture. Then, sprinkle on the dry seasoning mix and pat it down so they stick.

Place the roast in the air fryer, and roast for 15 minutes. Then flip the roast, and set the heat down to 320°F. Cook another 45-60 minutes, depending on the size of your roast.

Remove from the air fryer after the internal temperature reads at least 145°F. Let rest 10 minutes, then slice and enjoy!
