- 1 8 oz. package of Portobello mushrooms - 1/2 cup flour - 3 eggs - 1 1/2 cups Panko breadcrumbs - 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder - 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder - 1 tsp. smoked paprika - 1 tsp. Italian seasoning - 1/4 tsp. salt & pepper - Olive oil spray

Step 1

Rinse off mushrooms and pat dry. Cut each mushroom into bite size pieces.

Step 2

Pour flour onto a plate, whisk eggs in a bowl, and combine Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper into a bowl.

Step 3

Toss each mushroom in flour until coated, then dunk into eggs, and finally toss into the spiced breadcrumb mixture. Repeat with all mushrooms.

Step 4

Arrange coated mushrooms in your Air Fryer basket and spray with olive oil. Cook at 360 degrees for 7 minutes.

Step 5

Remove mushrooms once full cooked. Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
