Combine honey, sriracha, butter, garlic powder, and green onions in a bowl and mix well.
Score ham by making even cuts across the top in one direction, and then again in the opposite direction.
Brush on honey glaze using a silicone basting brush. Make sure not to use all of the glaze.
Cover entirely with foil. Place in the air fryer and cook at 300°F for 20 minutes.
Unwrap and brush on more honey ham glaze. Wrap the ham in foil again, and cook for another 20 minutes.
Remove foil. Brush remaining glaze on top. Then, fold the top of the foil into an edge. Cook at 360°F, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Slice, brush between slices with glaze for extra flavor, and enjoy!
