Amazing Grilled Lamb Chops
with dijon mustard marinade
– garlic minced – salt – Dijon mustard – soy sauce – fresh rosemary minced – lemon juice freshly squeezed – Olive oil – lamb chops
Add garlic, salt, mustard, soy sauce, rosemary, and lemon juice to a bowl. Whisk together with enough olive oil to form a paste-like consistency.
Add lamb chops to a plastic bag and coat with the marinade. Press the air out and rest it on a platter. Refrigerate overnight.
Heat grill to high heat. Sear the lamb for 5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes.
Move the lamb chops to indirect heat on the opposite side of the grill, then grill for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the grill and place on a plate or platter. Cover with foil and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
