You will need...

Pork chops Salt & pepper Olive oil Butter Mushrooms  Yellow onion  All purpose flour Chicken broth Heavy cream Worcestershire sauce Dijon mustard Thyme Parsley

These are ready to eat in 30 minutes and cook all in one pan!

Flour Bowl

Pat pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Add the pork chops and sear for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Without cleaning the pan, add mushrooms and onion and cook until golden brown.

Once browned, add all-purpose flour and stir to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes more.

Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard to the pan. Whisk gently until it thickens.

Add salt and pepper, then place the pork chops back into the pan and cover with the gravy. Allow to heat through.

Plate and spoon gravy over pork chops. Garnish with fresh thyme and parsley. Enjoy!
