Amazing  Sous Vide Pork Chops

Perfect every time, these bacon-wrapped pork chops are out of this world!

You will need...

Pork chops Rosemary salt seasoning Butter Fresh rosemary Bacon

Yeast Package

It's so easy!

It makes it impossible to overcook your pork and is totally hands-free!

Flour Bowl

Wrap pork chops in bacon. Tuck rosemary underneath the bacon. Season with Rosemary Seasoning thoroughly on all sides. 


Place the seasoned chops in a zip-lock plastic bag with the air pressed out.


Fill a bowl with water and add the sous vide machine set to 140°F. Clip the bag to the inside of the bowl, and cook for 1 hour.


Pull pork chops out and melt butter in a skillet. Add your pork chops and sear on all sides. Spoon butter on top as they sear. Serve and enjoy!
