Amazing Whole Beef Tenderloin

You will need...

Simple seasoning is all you need for great beef like this recipe. It is so easy to make!

Flour Bowl

4 hours before you plan on cooking, prepare your rub by mixing salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic in a bowl.


Coat the beef with the spice mixture, then wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours.


Preheat oven to 450°F. Unwrap the roast and place it on a rack in a roasting pan. Drizzle olive oil over the roast.


Place your roast in the oven for 15 minutes at 450°F. Then reduce the oven temperature to 325°F.


Cook until the tenderloin is to the degree of doneness you desire. Tent with foil and allow it to sit. Serve and enjoy!
