Imagine juicy, flavorful flank steak stuffed with a garlicky homemade harissa sauce!

You will need...

flank steak roasted garlic parsley chopped fresh coarse kosher salt fresh cracked pepper

It's so easy!

Marinate for a few hours after wrapping in twine, and you’re all set to grill it up in just 10 minutes!

Flour Bowl

Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides.


Mix harissa sauce ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined.


Spread harissa over beef, then top with garlic and parsley.


Roll steak tightly from bottom to top. Tie with twine. Wrap with plastic wrap and marinate for a four hours.


Heat half your grill to medium-high heat. Sear roulade over direct heat. Finally, move to indirect heat to finish cooking.


Remove twine, serve and most importantly, enjoy!
