You will need...

Ground chuck Mushrooms Kosher salt Black pepper Garlic Unsalted butter Yellow onion Thyme All-purpose flour Dry white wine Beef stock Wide egg noodles Sour cream Chives

It's so easy!

It’s one of the easiest meal ideas. The best part? You can make it all in one skillet for easy cleanup.

Flour Bowl

Season beef with salt and pepper. Add to a skillet and sear one side until it browns nicely, 3-5 minutes.


Break it up slightly. Add garlic onions, and thyme leaves. Saute for 3-5 minutes.


Remove the beef mixture from the skillet and set aside.


Add  butter to the skillet. Let it melt, then add mushrooms and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.


Saute until they soften. Add flour and cook for a minute or 2 to cook the flour.


Add wine and scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Then, add beef stock.


Cook the noodles. When they are nearly done, mix sour cream into the beef mixture. Stir to combine.


Add the noodles and stir. Garnish with freshly chopped chives and enjoy!
