Best Instant Pot Scalloped Potatoes

You will need...

Russet potatoes Butter Garlic  Heavy cream Shredded cheese Chicken broth Salt and pepper Green onions

This recipe takes the stress out of preparing a holiday side dish and is ready in under 30 minutes!

Flour Bowl

Preheat oven to 375°F. Season sliced potatoes with salt and pepper.


Add potatoes to instant pot with chicken broth. Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.


Release the pressure. Transfer potatoes from the Instant Pot to an oven-safe dish.


Add butter, garlic, cheese, and heavy cream to the Pot. Set your pressure cooker to saute mode and stir until creamy.


Pour cheese sauce over scalloped potatoes in the baking dish, then top with the remaining cheese, butter and green onions.


Bake for 15 minutes. Serve and dig in!
