Breakfast sausage Butter All-purpose flour Maple syrup Milk Chicago steak seasoning  Garlic powder Salt & pepper to taste Red pepper flakes

Ready to enjoy in under 10 minutes with just a handful of ingredients, this pairs deliciously with biscuits!

Flour Bowl

Set your Instant Pot to saute mode. Add breakfast sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.


Add butter to the sausage and mix until it melts.


Stir in all-purpose flour until fully incorporated.


Slowly pour in milk, stirring frequently. It's important you do this slowly.


Add in maple syrup, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add Chicago steak seasoning.


Add red pepper flakes for spice, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
