Breakfast Sliders

Complete with pillowy Hawaiian rolls, flavorful breakfast sausage, and a sticky-sweet coating of maple syrup, these easy breakfast sandwiches make the perfect breakfast for a crowd.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the eggs and cook until scrambled. Season with salt and pepper, and set aside.


In the same skillet, add the breakfast sausage and cook until browned and crumbly. Set aside.


Remove the hawaiian rolls from their container, keeping the container for later. Without separating the rolls, cut them in half.


Top both sides of the rolls with slices of cheese. (I used 8-10 slices.)


Top one side with the crumbled sausage, then the scrambled eggs.


Place the top layer of the rolls back on top of the bottom layer. Brush the top of the buns with maple syrup.


Wrap the rolls in foil, then bake them for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove, slice and enjoy!
