Mix maple syrup, brown sugar, and green onions in a bowl.
Add trivet along with juice. Place ham in the pot and cover with the glaze. Lock lid and cook on high for 10 minutes.
Once finished releasing pressure, remove the ham. Drain the liquid from your Instant Pot.
Set the Instant Pot to saute mode and melt butter.
Add the ham. Sear each side until browned all over.
Remove and cover with remaining glaze mixture. Serve and enjoy!
