Add the garlic, oil, lemon juice, paprika, thyme, rosemary salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix until combined.
Place the chicken in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Place in the fridge and marinate for 30 minutes
Place tomatoes, garlic, and basil into a bowl along with oil, salt and pepper. Stir until combined. Set aside.
Heat your grill to slightly more than medium. Grill chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with couscous and a grilled vegetable. Top with bruschetta and basil. Enjoy!
