Chicken with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

You will need...

Chicken breasts Salt & pepper Olive oil Butter White mushrooms Onion  All purpose flour Chicken broth Heavy cream Worcestershire sauce Dijon mustard Fresh thyme  Flat leaf parsley

Made all in one pot in just 30 minutes, this simple, customizable recipe is so delicious!

Flour Bowl

Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Add chicken and brown on each side. Then remove.


Add mushrooms and onions and cook. Then add flour. Add in broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire, and mustard and whisk gently until thickened. 


Place chicken breasts back in the pan and cover with sauce. Allow to heat through.


Plate and spoon sauce over chicken to serve. Garnish with fresh thyme and parsley. Enjoy!
