Delicious Chocolate Salami

This is a no-bake classic and elegant holiday treat your family will love. It's also the perfect holiday food gift!

You will need...

Dark Chocolate Cookie biscuits Soy milk Vegetable oil Coffee Powder Salt

Break the biscuits into large crumbs with your hands into a bowl.

Melt chocolate over low heat using a double boiler, or melt in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time.

Remove it from the heat and add milk, oil, coffee powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Add crushed biscuits and mix thoroughly until combined. Once mixed, quickly pour everything onto a sheet of baking paper.

Roll the chocolate salami into a log. Twist the ends closed, then add it to the freezer. Let it set for 3 hours.

Once it has hardened in the freezer, remove the baking paper. You can roll it in icing sugar if you like. Serve in slices, and enjoy!
