– 1/2 stick butter - 2 celery stalks, chopped - 2 Tbsp. minced garlic - 2 lbs. shrimp, chopped - 2 green onions, chopped - 2 Tbsp. olive oil - 3 Tbsp. flour - 2 cups tomato sauce - 1 cup white wine - 64 oz. chicken broth - 2 cups half & half - 1/2 cup Parmesan - Salt and pepper
Ingredients
Saute.

Heat a deep soup pot over medium heat. Mix in 2 Tbsp. olive oil, add 2 finely chopped celery stalks and 2 Tbsp. minced garlic and saute for about 3 minutes. Stir in 2 lbs. shrimp, and 2 green onions and saute for a few minutes.
Thicken it up.

Melt 1/2 stick butter in the pot and cook for a few minutes. Spread 3 Tbsp. flour and cook down for about 5 minutes.
Cook down wine.

Pour in 1 cup white wine while continuously stirring. Let it simmer and thicken.
Add tomato sauce and chicken broth.

Add 2 cups of tomato sauce and let it bubble and thicken while stirring. Once it thickens, add 64 oz. chicken broth and let it simmer. Turn the heat to low.
Time for the good stuff.

Add in 2 cups of half & half very slowly while stirring. Slowly sprinkle in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese while stirring for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy.
