Olive oil Ground beef Italian sausage Onion Garlic Tomato marinara sauce Salt and pepper Ricotta cheese Parsley optional Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese Lasagna noodles Eggs Italian seasoning
Cook the onion and garlic. Then, add meat and cook until browned. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
Combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan, parsley and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Cover the bottom of a greased slow cooker with the meat sauce. Top with lasagna noodles.
Add ricotta mixture. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Repeat the layers three times. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 7 hours.
Allow the lasagna to rest. Serve with additional meat sauce and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
