Delicious Baked Portobello Mushrooms

– Portobello mushrooms – garlic minced – olive oil – salt and pepper – dried thyme – butter – Parmesan grated – mozzarella shredded

Oil a baking sheet and place the mushrooms on top. Preheat oven to 400°F. Wipe mushrooms clean and remove stems. Finely mince garlic.


Mix together olive oil, garlic, dried thyme, and a little salt and pepper. Drizzle over the inside of each mushroom. Top each with a slice of butter.


Bake mushrooms for 15 mins. Mix together Parmesan and Mozzarella. After the 15 min, top the mushrooms with the cheese and return to the oven for 5 minutes.


Once the cheese is golden and bubbly, remove the mushrooms from the oven.


Serve and enjoy!
