These beef-filled meat pies are packed with flavor! One bite of these empanadas and you will be hooked!

It's so easy!

Ready in under an hour and are perfect for lunch, dinner, and snacks!

Flour Bowl

Process all of the dough ingredients in a food processor until it crumbs. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.


After 30 mins, roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out round discs.


Heat a skillet and add beef and cook until browned. Then, add parboiled potato, sofrito, and water. Cook for 10 mins.


Add tomato sauce, Sazon con Azafron, and salt. Cook for 5 mins, stirring often. Toss olives into the pan and stir.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spoon filling into the pastry and top with cheese. Rub edges with water.


Pull one side over the other and press the edges together. Seal tightly and crimp them with a fork.


Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place empanadas on the pan and bake for 25-30 mins.


Serve immediately and enjoy!
