Delicious Korean Braised Short Ribs

These are braised in a sweet, spicy, and sticky sauce for a flavor-packed dish you will want to make again and again!

For the Sauce Chili garlic sauce Sesame oil Low-sodium soy sauce Brown sugar Rice vinegar

Made with simple ingredients with only 10 minutes of prep time!

Flour Bowl

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar in a small bowl. Whisk until combined.


Sprinkle ribs with flour. Heat a cast iron Dutch oven to medium-high on the stove top. Add oil.


Add ribs along with salt and pepper. Saute for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove ribs.


Cook ginger, onion and garlic. Return ribs to the pan. Pour the sauce over the top along with of beef broth and stir.


Cover and bake for 1 hour. Remove and add broth. Cook for 1 more hour. Remove and add more broth. Return and cook for 30 minutes, covered.


Serve over rice and dig in. Enjoy!
