Mexican Tortilla Lasagna

Preheat oven to 350. Heat greased pan over medium and add beef. Cook until browned.

Combine beef with water, taco seasoning, and green onions. Stir in salsa and corn.

Spray a 9 by 13 inch pan with non-stick spray. Layer tortillas along the bottom.

Top with diced hatch chiles, ground beef mixture, Mexican cheese blend, and enchilada sauce.

Repeat layers twice in that order, topping it all off with cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil, then bake another 10 minutes.

Allow lasagna to sit for 10 minutes before serving, then top with green onions and tomatoes. Enjoy!
