with honey sriracha glaze


- 5 lb. boneless ham - 1/3 cup honey - 2 tbsp. sriracha - 1/2 stick butter - 1 tsp. garlic powder - 2 green onions

Step 1

Combine honey, sriracha, melted butter, garlic powder, and green onions in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Score your ham by making shallow even cuts across the top in one direction, and then again in the opposite direction.

Step 3

Lay ham on top of a tin foil, large enough to wrap around the ham entirely. Brush on about 1/3 on the glaze mixture.

Step 4

Cover entirely with foil, place in air fryer at 300 degrees and cook for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Once 20 minutes is up, unwrap and brush on another 1/3 of glaze mixture. Wrap ham in foil again, and cook for another 20 minutes.

Step 6

After the final 20 minutes is up, remove foil. Brush on remaining glaze and cook at 360 degrees for 5 minutes, uncovered.

Step 7

Remove from air fryer. Begin slicing your ham, serve and enjoy!
