Brown Sugar Glazed Ham

Perfect for Easter!


- 5 pound pre-cooked ham - 1 cup maple syrup - 1 cup brown sugar - 3 chopped green onions - 1 cup orange juice - 1/2 stick butter

Step 1

In a bowl combine maple syrup, brown sugar, and green onions. Mix well.

Step 2

Add trivet to the bottom of your Instant Pot with orange juice at the bottom. Place ham on trivet, and cover with about 1/2 of the glaze mixture. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.

Step 3

When time is up, quick release and set ham aside. Drain the excess liquid from the pot.

Step 4

Set Instant Pot to saute and melt butter.

Step 5

Once melted, add your ham and saute on all sides until browned.

Step 6

Remove and place ham on a plate. Top with the remaining glaze mixture and enjoy!
