HONEY GLAZED HAM
- 10 lb. bone-in ham - 1 cup honey - 1/2 cup unsalted butter - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 1 tbsp. garlic powder - 1/2 tbsp. black pepper - 1 cup chicken broth
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Tent ham with foil and bake for 1 hour.
In a bowl add in melted butter, honey, brown sugar, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well.
Remove ham from oven after 1 hour. Brush all over with glaze mixture.
Pour chicken broth into the bottom of roasting pan. Bake for an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
After 30 minutes, brush with additional glaze. Slice and enjoy!
