Potatoes  Butter Salt Whole milk Green onions  Additional butter Additional salt & pepper

These are easy to make in a snap and ready to eat in under 30 minutes!

Flour Bowl

Heat Instant Pot and add  whole potatoes.

Cover halfway with water.

Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.

Release the pressure naturally. Carefully remove and drain, then return to the cooker. Add butter and mash the potatoes.

Gradually add milk. Season with salt and pepper and blend until creamy.

Top with additional butter and enjoy!
