– 3 lbs. boneless chuck steak  For The Marinade: – 4 Tbsp. olive oil – 5 Tbsp. red wine vinegar – 4 cloves garlic – 1 tsp. brown sugar – 1 tsp. Italian seasoning – ¼ tsp. salt – ¼ tsp. pepper – ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes


Add garlic, olive oil,  red wine vinegar, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flake in small bowl. Stir to combine completely using a whisk.


Place steaks in a cake pan or flat-bottomed pan. Pour the marinade over the steaks. Place plastic wrap over the top of the cake pan and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.


Heat a charcoal or gas grill. place steaks on the uncovered grill in the direct heat. Move steaks to the indirect heat, cover, and continue to grill until they reach your desired level of doneness. 


Remove steaks and allow them to rest. Serve with butter and enjoy!
