Preheat oven to 375°F. Add sliced potatoes to Instant Pot with broth, salt and pepper. Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
Release the pressure. Transfer potatoes from the pot to an oven-safe dish using a slotted spoon.
Add butter, garlic, cheese, and cream to the Instant Pot. Set pressure cooker to saute mode and stir until smooth.
Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes in the baking dish, then top with shredded cheese and butter.
Place in your preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
