Prep your mushrooms by slicing and sautéing them with garlic and shallots.

Make homemade cream of mushroom soup using button mushrooms, gluten-free flour, evaporated milk, and seasoning.

Mix everything together in a baking dish and pop it in the oven at 375 for 25 minutes.
