Ready in just 10 minutes, this easy fruit pizza is perfect for serving at your next BBQ!
Start by slicing watermelon. Cut off a slice of the watermelon about 2 to 3 inches thick, then cut it into 6 wedges.
Using a spoon, spread the yogurt around the inside of each slice. Try to leave a bit of space at the top near the rind to look like a crust.
Garnish with strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and blueberries. To finish sprinkle dried coconut on the top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
