"These Wings were so amazing! I’m loving the Spicy BBQ sauce!" -Shanika
They are incredibly easy to make with just 15 minutes of prep and perfect for a set-it-and-forget-it dinner!
In a bowl, mix together the spice ingredients. Reserve some and tip the rest over the cut chicken wings. Mix well.
Add the sauce ingredients to the extra spices and mix. Spray the slow cooker with oil then add the wing pieces.
Pour over ¾ cup of the sauce mix then cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Turn the broiler to high. Cover baking sheet in foil, then place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with oil.
Sit the wings on the rack. Cook under the broiler for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
Brush with the sauce mix, broil for 2 minutes and repeat. Finally, sprinkle with cilantro and serve!
