Of all of the homemade burger recipes I’ve enjoyed this is my favorite. This is seriously the best homemade beef burger recipe, ever.
– ground beef (80/20) – salt – garlic powder – onion powder – black pepper – Worcestershire sauce – burger buns – garlic butter
Cooking hamburgers in an air fryer is so easy, and the results are amazing – EVERY time!
Place beef in a bowl, then add salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, with black pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Using your hands, combine the mixture. Separate into 4 equal balls. Form each ball into a patty.
Heat air fryer to 360°F. Cook for 7 minutes on each side for medium. Flip the burger halfway through.
Top each burger with 1 Tbsp. of garlic butter spread each, if using. Trust us, you don’t want to miss this step!
