Garlic Butter Steak Bites

You will need...
Olive oil Sirloin steak Salt Pepper Butter, salted Garlic Parsley
It's so easy!
Ready in 15 mins, they couldn’t be more simple, but they are
dry and cut into pieces. Season generously with
salt and pepper
in a skillet over high heat. Once heated, add steak in a single layer.
Cook for 2 minutes without stirring, then give them a stir and cook until browned.
Remove from skillet to a serving dish.
Reduce heat to medium and add
garlic, butter and parsley.
Allow to melt and then pour over steak bites.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve potato wedges. Enjoy!
