Glazed Ham Steaks

This is one of my favorite recipes for ham steak, with simple ingredients and only 10 minutes of cook time.

Ham Slices Ham steaks  Butter Rosemary chopped Ham Slice Glaze Light brown sugar   Garlic powder  Ground cloves  Apple cider vinegar  Dijon mustard  Worcestershire sauce

The best part?

Best yet- this is also a fantastic way to use up leftover ham.

Combine sugar, mustard, Worcestershire, vinegar, garlic powder, rosemary, and ground cloves in a bowl, and mix.

Heat a skillet, then add in the butter. Add the ham steaks and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until browned.

Spoon half the glaze over the steaks, spreading it evenly.

Flip the steaks and repeat glazing the other side. Then cook for 3-5 minutes, until the glaze is sticky and thick.
