You will need...

For grilling tuna steaks Everything bagel seasoning Olive oil Yellowfin tuna steaks For poke bowl sauce Sriracha Chili garlic sauce Mayo

It’s so easy. Just season your tuna, let them chill, then grill for 2 minutes on each side.

Flour Bowl

Mix together all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate before serving.

Brush tuna with oil. Coat generously with everything bagel seasoning. Pat down and chill tuna for 30 minutes.

Heat grill to high. Place the tuna steaks on the grill and grill for 2 to 5 minutes on each side.

Remove from grill, slice, and serve with spicy mayo. Enjoy!
