You can prep these in just 5 minutes, and they’re ready after 30 minutes on the grill!
Preheat your grill to high heat. Lather the pork chops with oil on all sides.
Liberally cover the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika on all sides.
Sear on each side for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium high. Move your to indirect heat and close the lid.
Once they hit an internal temperature of 145 degrees they are ready. Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
